Re: Tract 6234 Units 1 - 6 Maintenance District Fees Dear Mr. Stinson: Please find a check for the Maintenance District Application Fees in the amount of $2,620.80 payable to the City of Bakersfield in regards to Tract 6234 Units 1- 6 located on the North side of Noriega Road and West side of Old Farm Road. It appears that these Maintenance District fees which are normally to be paid during the tentative tract stage were overlooked. It has been brought to my attention that the delay of payment may hinder recordation. I would like to know if there is anything I may be able to do or assist you on so that this process for inclusion into the Maintenance District will not impede in this tract's recordation process.
