Grand Lakes Blvd. (Exempt from CEQA).
Administrative Review of a request to add two new floor plans and one elevation style to
previously approved PUD (Planned Unit Development) No. 05-1407 in Tract 6681.

single-family residential purposes, a park lot, sump lot and drill site on 65.64 acres zoned

5.2b Approval of Extension of Time of Vesting Tentative Tract Map 6454 (Dewalt
Corporation, Inc.) located on the northwest corner of Hosking Avenue and Wible

South Union Avenue. (Exempt from CEQA).
A request for an extension of time for a vesting tentative tract map containing 155 lots for
single family residential purposes and a sump lot on 36.03 acres zoned R-1 (One Family
Dwelling). (Ward 1)
5.2d Approval of Continuance of Vesting Tentative Parcel Map 11755 to June 5, 2008
(M.S. Walker & Associates) located at the northwest corner of Hageman Road and

6.1 Vesting Tentative Parcel Map 11783 (DeWalt Corporation) located approximately 660 feet
south of Panama Lane, east side of Progress Road. (Environmental Impact Report on file)

A proposed tentative subdivision containing 20 buildable parcels on 19.43 acres for purposes of
light industrial development zoned M-1 (Light Manufacturing) including a request for alternate
street design. (Ward 5)

A proposed tentative subdivision containing 22 lots, including 21 light industrial lots with R-1
(One-Family Dwelling) on 1.79 acres and M-1 (Light Manufacturing) zoning on 25.70 acres and a
sump lot zoned R-1 (One Family Dwelling) on 3.94 acres for a total of 31.43 acres, and to waiver
mineral rights signatures pursuant to BMC 16.20.060 A.1 by providing waivers of surface access.

1/PUD (One Family Dwelling – Planned Unit Development) and an R-2/PUD (Limited Multiple –
Family Dwelling – Planned Unit Development) zone district for Vesting Tentative Tract 7041
through 7045 in the Old River Ranch Development. (Ward 5)
