This request is pursuant to Resolution No. 161-94 in ac- cordancewith Municipal Code Section 13.04. Enclosed is a check in the amount of $2000.00 to cover the costs of inclusion within the Consolidated Maintenance District. Further, our Engineer will supply you with a disk copy of the Parcel Map #11547 for your use.
