4.2c Approval of Continuance of Zone Change 08-0224 to July 17, 2008 (Kimley-Horn

replacement of existing signage throughout the campus with signs following a new

5. PUBLIC HEARING – Approval of Amendment to the text of the Bakersfield Municipal Code,
relating to parking requirements. (Exempt from CEQA)
Amendment to Title 17 (Zoning Ordinance) of the Bakersfield Municipal Code, specifically to Chapter 17.58
(Off-Street Parking) modifying various subsections regarding parking design standards and parking space
requirements, and to Chapter 17.04 (Definitions) adding parking-related definitions that are proposed to be
