I have been asked by the Assistant Director of Bethany Ministries to review the
need for a dedicated "fire water" line for their facilities located at 1200 Baker
Street, Bakersfield, CA 93305. We have determined that there is no current need
for a dedicated fire water system. This building is not covered by an existing fire
sprinkler system.
