ANY AND ALL EMPLOYEES WHO MAY HAVE COME IN CONTACT WITH HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
AND NEEDS MEDICAL ATTENTION WILL BE DIRECTED TO THIS FACILITY. THE INTERCOM
AND FIRE DETECTION SYSTEMS WILL BE UTILIZED TO NOTIFY ONSITE PERSONNEL.
PERSONS DETECTING A FIRE OR HAZARDOUS SITUATION ARE INSTRUCTED TO SOUND
ALARM AND/OR NOTIFY SUPERVISOR OR ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONNEL. JAIME BENAVIDES,
OUR INVENTORY MANAGER, IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CALLING EMERGENCY SERVICES AND
INITIATING EVACUATION PROCEDURES. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOREMAN, BRANDON
PITTS, IS RESPONSIBLE IN ACCOUNTING FOR ALL SERVICE DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL.
THE GENERAL MANAGER OR MANAGER IN CHARGE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COORDINATING ALL
PERSONNEL TO SPECIFIED ASSEMBLY AREA.
THE GENERAL MANAGER OR MANAGER IN CHARGE, IS THE ONLY PERSON AUTHORIZED TO
GRANT RE-ENTRY TO THE FACILITY. THE GENERAL MANAGER OR MANAGER IN CHARGE

ASORBANT DIATOMITE GRANULES ARE USED TO MINIMIZE AND CONTAIN SPILLS. LIME IS
UTILIZED AS A NEUTRALIZER IN THE EVENT A SULFURIC ACID SPILL SHOULD OCCUR.
LOCATION OF FIRE EXTINGUISHERS COMPRISE FIRE PREVENTION PROGRAM. SHOWER AND
WASH STATIONS ARE LOCATED IN IMMEDIATE PROXIMITY OF SULFURIC ACID CONTAINER.
EMERGENCY AGENCIES ARE IMMEDIATELY NOTIFIED FOR CONTAINMENT AND DISPOSAL.
