However, you have not yet received an approval of the plans submitted at the above-mentioned site for this system. You have installed a "Fire Sprinkler System" without a permit. Applying for a permit does not satisfy the requirements of obtaining a permit. If this occurs again in the future, we will pursue enforcement action as prescribed in the Bakersfield Municipal Code.
