To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing to inform you that our company no longer has any hazardous chemicals on
our site. We originally had an x ray processing system which has been switched to a
digital process that does not require any chemicals. Please discontinue our hazardous
waste fee for the firture.
Also, this bill is being sent late due to an illness that has kept me out of the office. I was
unable to send it in on the due date.
