facilitate the transfer of the EPCRA permit for this facility. This facility is now operated
by Broadwing Communications, LLC., a new and independent company unrelated to the
prior operator, Broadwing Communications Services, Inc.
All future correspondence and inqumes regarding compliance
responsibilities, including permits, authorizations, registrations, renewals, and fees
relating to Broadwing Communications, LLC.' s operation of the facility or facilities
