INSPECTED THE FOLLOWING FACILITY:
BUSINESS NAME: White Cleaners
BUSINESS ADDRESS: 2517 White Lane
CONTACT PERSON: Marie Marlene Hernandez (Spanish Speaking)
WE FOUND THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS WHICH ARE BELIEVED TO BE REGULATED BY YOUR
AGENCY.
White Cleaners opened on July 12, 2006 and is using Ecoslvn (aliphatic hydrocarbon or petroleum) as their ~'
cleaning agent. During our inspection on September 22 and 25, 2006, we learned that it generates minimal
wastes and disposed of lint into the trash. The owner was not aware that Ecoslvn residue might remain in
the lint and could cause potential environmental hazard. She is now aware of the requirement and had
indicated that she would comply. We recommended the owner to store all the hazardous wastes in drums
to be hauled away by a licensed waste hauler. Per the owner's request, we provided a list of waste hauling
companies along with contact information.
She will notify us when the waste hauler picks up the hazardous wastes.
