Planning Director’s Report regarding a request to modify the approved preliminary
development plans for Zone Change No. 02-0030 to upgrade the elevations of a 220,171
square foot single-tenant retail building within a developing shopping center in a PCD

from CEQA)
A request for an extension of time for an vesting tentative tract map containing 314 lots
for single-family residential development purposes on 85.43 acres zoned R-1 (One Family
Dwelling). (Ward 4)
4.2c Approval of Extension of Time for Vesting Tentative Tract Map 6485 (KB Homes)
located 400 feet south of State Route 178, and approximately 400 feet west of

A proposed tentative subdivision containing two parcels for condominium purposes on 3.42 acres
(gross) for commercial office development, zoned C-O/P.C.D. (Professional and Administrative
Office – Planned Commercial Development). (Ward 4)

C-2/P.C.D. (Regional Commercial/Planned Commercial Development) zone on 8.28 acres,
totaling a zone change of 15 acres to C-2/P.C.D. for purposes of commercial development.
