2. PUBLIC STATEMENTS
None.
3. CONSENT CALENDAR
a. Minutes of the May 5, 2008 regular meeting.
b. Approval of department payments from April 25, 2008 to
May 22, 2008 in the amount of $318,645.53.
Motion by Mishoe, seconded by Ordiz, to approve Consent
Calendar items 3.a. and 3.b.
4. PUBLIC HEARINGS
None.
5. REPORTS
None.
6. DEFERRED BUSINESS
None.

7. NEW BUSINESS ACTION TAKEN
a. Resolution of the Bakersfield Redevelopment Agency to RA005-08
find that Fiscal Year 2008-09 Planning and Administrative
Expenses from the Agency's Low and Moderate Income
Housing Funds are not Necessary for the Production,
Improvement or Preservation of Low and Moderate Income
Housing in the City of Bakersfield.
EDCD Director Donna Kunz made staff comments. Koman APPROVED
asked for additional comments. AB BENTLEY
Motion by Mishoe, seconded by Takii, to approve the
Resolution.
b. Proposed Budget for the Bakersfield Redevelopment
Agency (RDA) -Fiscal Year 2008-09.
EDCD Director Donna Kunz gave a computer presentation.
City Manager Tandy made comments. APPROVED
Motion by Pickett, seconded by Koman, to authorize the AB BENTLEY
transmittal of the Fiscal Year 2008-09 RDA budget to the City
Council for approval.
8. AGENCY STATEMENTS
Agency Member Prince acknowledged a local property
management company who was in attendance.

Agency Member'Prince adjourned the meeting at 5:00 p.m.
