Results from the review require the height of the fence to be 3.5 feet or less from a point on the back of sidewalk where fence is located in the line of sight area. The line of sight area is described as the area enclosed by a point on the back of sidewalk (back of Handicap Ramp) approximately 14'-10" east of east flowline on Champagne Way to a point on the back of sidewalk the south sidewalk on Brewer approximately 47'-2" east of the east flow line and the back of sidewlk between the two points. The site is located at 3217 Champagne Way. The applicant has provided proof of appropriate insurance coverage to Risk Management, and has provided signatures of all immediate neighbors stating that they have no objection to the proposed construction.
