These must be approved prior to the issuance of the encroachment permit. Type and Amount of Insurance: $1,000,000.00 Per Occurrence for Broad Form Commercial General Liability for' commercial or residential OR $300,000.00 Per Occurrence for Homeowners Policy for residential Required Endorsements: * Additional Insured: The City of Bakersfield, its mayor, council, employees, agents and volunteers are added as additional insureds with respect to the installation of a 6' wooden fence behind the sidewalk. Cancellation or Change: All policies shall contain an endorsement providing the City with thirty (30) days written notice of cancellation or material change in policy language or terms.
