Rojas, Public Works Director FROM: ~acques R, laRochelle, Engineering Services Manager DATE: ~ December 10, 1997 SUBJECT: Encroachment Permit Application for 2 Monte Vista Drive Victor G. & Margarita Flores Installation of Six Foot High Block Wall on Panorama Side of Lot Engineering and Traffic staff have reviewed the attached encroachment permit to allow the installation of a six foot high block wall on the Panorama side of the lot. The site is located at the corner of Monte Vista Drive and Panorama Drive. There are no neighbors across Panorama/Union, as this is where the Manor interchange is located. The only neighbor across Monte Verde is Garces H.S, and the applicant has obtained a signature from Garces stating that they have no objection to the construction of that fence. The remaining neighboring lot is vacant. The applicant has provided proof of appropriate insurance coverage to the Building Department representative, and has provided signatures of all immediate neighbors (see above) stating that they have no objection to the proposed construction.
