LaRochelle, Engineering Services Manager DATE: July 28, 1997 SUBJECT: Encroachment Permit Application for 1104 Kyner Ave. Enestro Rodriquez Installation of wrought iron fence with masonry pillars behind sidwalk in front and side yards Engineering and Traffic staff have reviewed the attached encroachment permit to allow the installation of a wrought iron fence with masonry pillars behind sidewalk in the front and side yards, The site has ,a single family dwelling upon it and is located mid-block. The applicant has provided proof of appropriate insurance coverage to the Building Department representative, and has provided signatures of all immediate neighbors stating that they have no objection to the proposed construction, with the exception of 1000 Kyner which the applicant says is vacant Based on their review, staff recommends approval of the permit.
