The applicant has provided proof of appropriate insurance coverage to the Building Department representative, and has provided signatures of all immediate neighbors stating that they have no objection to the proposed construction, with the exception of 1000 Kyner which the applicant says is vacant Based on their review, staff recommends approval of the permit.
