The applicant further agrees to mantain the aforesaid encroachment during the life of the said encroachment or until such time that this permit is revoked. LaRochelle, Engineering Services Manager DATE: June 30, 1997 /~"t'1 Encroachment Permit Application for\~(bounded by "K", "L", 18th and 1 gth) SC Anderson Inc. ~" Temporary Construction fencing in the flowline SUBJECT: Engineering and Traffic staff have reviewed the attached encroachment permit to allow the installation of temporary , construction fencing at the site of the new crime lab facility; The fencing will have "tee" bottoms and will not damage the pavement. Thesite is bounded by "K", "L", 18th and 19th Streets and is currently the site of parking lots and commercial buildings. Based on their review, staff recommends approval of the permit.
