The site is located in the downtown Central Business Zone on the corner of 19th Street and the alley. The vent chase has a small traingular encasement at the bottom which encroaches into the sidewalk area, This must be removed to provide at least four feet clear for AD A access, The applicant has provided proof of appropriate insurance coverage to the Building Department representative.
