LaRochelle, Engineering Services Manager March 18, 1997 FROM: DATE: SUBJECT: Encroachment Permit Application for 2733 "F" Street Frank DeMarco Installation of 3' High Fence in sidewalk area Engineering and Traffic staffhave reviewed the attached encroachment permit to allow the installation of a three foot high fence in the sidewalk area, This is a commercial building with frontage on both "F" Street and 28th Street. The curb to property distance on both streets is 16 feet. Allowing a fence four feet from the building would leave twelve feet for sidewalk purposes. The permit will state that no fence will be allowed south of the main entrance on "F" Street, where it may interfere with the parking pocket. The applicant has provided proof of appropriate insurance coverage to the Building Department representative.
