Installation of an irrigation pipeline , Engineering and Traffic staff have reviewed the attached encroachment permit to allow the installation of an irrigation pipeline, The pipeline will be located on private property in easements except where it crosses Miraflores Avenue, EI Fuert~ Avenue, Chiapas Avenue, Reynosa Avenue and Obregon Avenue near and paralleling Nadeau Street. ;J'his Department has determined that insl,ll"ance is not necessary for this particular encroachment and has waived that requirement. The applicant is the sole property owner, and the encroachment will not be aboveground, therefor the requirement to provide signatw"es of all immediate neighbors stating that they have no objection to the proposed construction has also been waived.
