Walker Relocation of Side Yard Fence to the Back of Sidewalk on Nutmeg Street Engineering and Traffic staff have reviewed the attached encroachment permit to allow the relocation of the existing side yard fence on Nutmeg Street to the back of sidewalk Clear site lines will have to be maintained at the comer of Sesame Street and Nutmeg Street and at the intersection of the alley with Nutmeg Street Because the lot has alley access and the proposed gate is so near to the alley entrance, it is recommended no gate be allowed on the Nutmeg Street side to keep vehicular traffic off the sidewalk, Based on their review, with the above-mentioned restriction, staff recommends approval of the permit dg:M:\ENCROACH\3600ses.ame xc: Reading File Project File Marian p, Shaw ~\~ V r.'.\ ~ ' '\ " ' }'" , ) '/) tjhl
