HERNANDEZ APPROVAL OF A 4' HIGH CHAIN LINK FENCE LOCATED BEHIND SIDEWALK ********************************************************************************************* Engineering and Traffic staff have reviewed the attached encroachment permit to permit the existing installation of a 4' high chain link fence at the back of the sidewalk along both the front yard and sideyard (along Chico Street) of the above-referenced residential lot. There are similar fences in the front and side yards of other houses throughout this residential neighborhood. Staff recommends approval of the permit.
