SUSAN DUNN RELOCATION OF A 5' H1GH WOOD SlDEYARD FENCE TO BEH1ND SlDEWALK ********************************************************************************************* Engineering and Traffic staff have reviewed the attached encroachment permit to allow the relocation of a 5' high wood fence from the property line to directly behind the back of the sidewalk along the sideyard (along Shilo Ranch Drive) of the above-referenced residential lot. The fence would be attached to a block wall that would retain between 2 and 5 feet of soil, thus resulting in a total height of between 7 and 10 feet.
