made is as follows: 6' HrGH SECURITY WROUGHT IRON FENCE W/ELECTRONIC GATE. GATE
TO BE SET BACK 24' FOR TRAFFIC CLEARANCE TO ENTER 'COMPLEX. SEE ATTACHED
DRAWING. FENCE TO BE ALONG BACK OF SIDEWALK, AND CONFORM TO CITY STANDARD T-7
FOR SIGHTLINE REQUIREMENTS.
The location of the proposed encroachment is: AROUND PERtMETER OF APARTMENT
COMPLEX LOGATED AT 701 PLANZ RD.
Applicant agrees that if this application is granted, applicant will indemnify,
defend and'hold harmless the City of Bakersfield, its agents, officers and
employees against and from all damages, judgments, claims, demands, expenses, I
costs and expenditu~es, and against all loss or liability which the City of ..
Bakersfield or such officers, agents or employees may suffer, or which may be 1
recoverable from, or obtainable against the City of Bakersfield or such
