ENCROACHMENT PERMIT APPliCATION FOR 3113 SUMMERSIDE COURT-
MR AND MRS. MIKE REED
INSTAllATION OF A CONCRETE BLOCK WAIL AT BACK OF SIDEWALK

Engineering and Traffic staff have reviewed the attached encroachment permit to allow the installation of a
concrete block wall, that varies in height from 3' to 6' above the gutter flowline, directly behind the back of the
sidewalk along the front yard and sideyard (along Summerside Avenue) of the above-referenced residential lot
(see the attached map). Adjacent residents have signed a petition in support of the fence installation. Staff
recommends approval of the permit.
