WALKER, TRAFFIC ENGINEER~ SUBJECT: ENCROACHMENT PERMIT APPLICATION- BILLY SALAS, 1929 BRADLEY AVE. (93304) We have reviewed the subject encroachment permit application. The applicant is requesting approval for construction of a 4' high chain link fence in the front yard along the back of the sidewalk area at 1929 Bradley Ave. A field review revealed that this is an existing fence with a portion that is 6 I high. I recommend approval of the application based on the fence height being a maximum of 4 I . PERMIT NO. 1152 saved under d:\wp\encroach.mem
