public property or right of way to the condition as nearly may be in which it was
before the placing, erection, maintenance or existence of said encroachment.

SUBJECT: ENCROACHMENT PERMIT APPLICATION-
JAMES R. GLASER, 3009 BOULDER LANE
We have reviewed the subject encroachment permit application. The
applicant is requesting approval for construction of a 6' high wood
fence and a 2' high retaining wall along the back edge of sidewalk
on Alamosa Lane at the southwest corner of Boulder Lane and Alamosa
Lane. The fence is clear of sight line requirements. Based on the
information provided and a field review, I recommend approval of
the application.
