PARLEY ENTERPRISES, 1603 CALIFORNIA AVE. We have reviewed the subject encroachment permit application. This is an existing 4 ft. high masonry and wrought iron fence along the back of sidewalk in front of 4023 OSt. The wrought iron portion' of the fence has decorative tips with rounded ends that are acceptable for use within the right of way. The fence includes an electric security gate and post for number pad. Based on a field review and the information provided, I recommend approval of the application. Permit No. 1,140 saved under d:\wp\encroach.mem ._-~~--
