The applicant is requesting approval for construction of a 3 1/2 ft. high picket fence along the back edge of the sidewalk in the front yard at 3801 Rainier Ct. The fence as designed allows visibility through it for sight line. Based on a field review and the information provided, I recommend approval of the application.
