WALKER, TRAFFIC ENGINEER f"t SUBJECT: ENCROACHMENT PERMIT APPLICATION- PHILLIP GAINES, 3016 OAK TREE AVENUE Upon our first review of the subject encroachment permit application, it was noted that: the proposed wall would interfere wi th utility boxes near the ~idewalk. ,We wrote the applicant advising them of our concern. The applicant since contacted us and stated the wall would be keep clear of the utility boxes. Based on our conversation with the applicant, we are satisfied the proposed wall will not interfere with existing utility boxes. We therefore recommend approval of the proposed encroachment. provided the wall terminate behind the sidewalk at a point where it does not interfere with existing utility boxes.
