agents or employees, proximately caused by, growing out of or in any way
connected with the placing, erection or maintenance of said encroachment, the
applicant further agrees to maintain the aforesaid encroachment during the life
of the said encroachment or until such time that this permit is revoked.
Applicant further agrees that upon the expiration of the permit for which this
application is made, if granted, or upon the revocation thereof by the City
Engineer, applicant will at his own cost and expense remove the same from the
public property or right of way where the same is located, and restore said
public property or right of way to the condition as nearly may be in which it
before the placing, erection, maintenance or existence of said encroachment.

SUBJECT: ENCROACHMENT PERMIT APPLICATION-
DAVID AND ROBIN PALMER, 4212 SOUTHERN BREEZE DRIVE
We have been asked to review the subject encroachment permit
application. We have reviewed the application, necessary
signatures and sketch of the proposed encroachment. Approval is
recommended based on the following conditions.
1. All necessary building permits are obtained for the retaining
wall portion of the fence.
2. The fence has adequate clearance around the cluster mailbox.
Check with the Postal Service for proper clearance.
