Pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 3140 New Series of the City of Bakersfield, the undersigned applies for a permit to place, erect and/or maintain an,'encroachment on public property or right of way as therein defined. The name and address of applicant is: Bakersfield, CA 93301 San Joaquin Bank, 1301 - 17th Street. The nature or description of the encroachment for which this application is made is as follows: Plant 6 trees in sidewalks around building: 4 on north (17th St) and 2 on east ("L" St). Planters to be saw cut into existing sidewalk; 36" square with cast iron grates installed around base of trees, flush with sidewalk. The location of the proposed encroachment is: 1301 - 17th Street. Bakersfield.
