BRUCE SMrrH INSFAllATION OF COLUMNS AND BUILDING FACADE WITHIN RIGHT-OF-WAY ............................................................................................. J~,l!gineerin~ staff have reviewed. the attached encroachment permit and recommend it be approved. The permit is to allow' the 'construction of two decorative columns that would protrude into the sidewalk area 1.5' (see attached. sketch). There will also be an overhang that is located 10' above the sidewalk grade and will protrude 2Siritbthe right-of-way area. These projections will be on the 28th Street side of the building.
