MODIFICATION # 5614 APPROVED BY PLANNING DEPT ON 1/24/95 FOR OVER - HEIGHT FENCE. The location of the proposed encroachment is: NORTH SIDE OF PROERTY ON 21ST ST. Engineering staff have reviewed the attached encroachment permit and recommend it be approved. The permit is to allow an existing 66" high wrought iron fence to remain in the right-of-way. The fence is located approximately 12" from the back of the sidewalk along 21st Street. The over-height fence was allowed by Modification 5614 approved 1/24/95.
