REWCATION OF A 6' HIGH WOOD SIDEYARD FENCE TO BEHIND SIDEWALK

Engineering and Traffic staff have reviewed the attached encroachment permit to allow the relocation of a 6'
high wood fence from the property line to directly behind the back of the sidewalk along the sideyard (along
Charmaine Street) of the above-referenced residential lot. Adjacent residents have signed a petition in support
of the fence installation. Staff recommends approval of the permit.
