No permanent structures, other fencing, shall be installed constructed within the slope area. grading changes shall be made to slope. than or No the 3. No dumping of trash or yard trimmings over the fence will be allowed. Removal of tumbleweeds and other debris from the fence and the encroachment area, shall be the responsibility of the owner. 4. Shrubs and ground cover will be permitted in the slope area. 5. Irrigation' systems and control of irrigation within the encroachment area must be approved by the City Public Works Department. Extreme care shall be exercised in irrigating the slope area to prevent erosion. Inadvertent erosion of the slope either inside or outside the fence caused by the action of, the property owner, shall be. repaired promptly by the owner. Failure to repair' damage due to erosion may result in the City making the necessary repairs and the owner being charged for the work done. 6.
