We have reviewed the subject encroachment permit application. The applicant is requesting approval for construction of a 4' high chain link fence in the front yard along the back of the sidewalk at the southeast corner of Monterey St. and Tulare St. Due to Monterey St. being one-way eastbound, sightline to the east is not necessary.
