We have reviewed the subject encroachment permit application. The
applicant .~s requesting approval for construction of a retaining
wall and fill on a City owned slope along the rear of 3512
Glenridge Street. This application has been reviewed by Art Moore
and Calvin Bidwell (see attached memo). On the recommendation by
Calvin Bidwell, it is recommended that the application be denied.
