NOTICE TO REMOVE ENCROACHMENT

Residence:. 1024 Chelsea
Bakersfield, California
You are hereby notified that your property, to wit:
a portable sign, is encroaching upon and. over property opened
to public use, to wit: a sidewalk. Said encroachment is
occurring on the sidewalk at or near the corner of Rich1and
Street and So. Chester Avenue. Said encroachment is in
violation of Chapter 12.32 of the Bakersfield Municipal Code.
The encroachment specified above shall be removed
within two hours after service of this notice. This notice
is served in compliance with Section 12.32.030 of the
Bakersfield Municipal Code.
If the encroachment is not removed within the time
specified above, a criminal complaint pursuant to Section
12.32.040 of the Bakersfield Municipal Code will be sought.
