A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERS-
Fj'ELD REGARDING RESOLUTION NO. 67-76 AND ITS INTENT
TO DELETE AREA FROH THE DOWNTOWN BAKERSFIELD RE-
DEVELOPHENT PROJECT AREA UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUHSTANCES
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 67-76 the Council directed certain actions
to be taken by the Redevelopmerit Agency if certain events regardin9 an hotel-
office complex had not occurred by October 1, 1977; and
WHEREAS, such events will not occur by that date;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield as follows:
The date of October 1, 1977 in Resolution No. 67-76 is hereby
changed to February 1, 1978.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular meeting thereof held
on the 21st day of September , 1977, by the following vote.:
