ARESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD FIXING FEE FOR APPLICATION FOR
BINGO LICENSE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 7.12 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE.
WHEREAS, Section 7.12.040(7) of the Municipal Code of
the City of Bakersfield states that the annual license fee for bingo,
not to exceed $50, fixed by the City Council by resolution, shall
accompany the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield as follows:
1. That the annual fee to accompany the application for
a bingo license shall be $50.
2. That the City Clerk shall forthwith transmit a copy
of this resolution to the Finance Director of the City of Bakersfield.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 24th day of August, 1977, by the following
vote:
