A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD APPROVING THE OFFICIAL STATEMENT
OF THE SOUTHEAST BAKERSFIELD WASTEWATER
TREATMENT FACILITIES CONSOLIDATION CORPORATION.
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED as follows:
That the Official Statement prepared by L. F. Rothschild,
Unterberg, Towbin, for the Southeast Bakersfield Wastewater Treat-
ment Facilities Consolidation Corporation and presented to this
City Council on this date, is hereby approved in substantially the
form presented. It is the understanding of this City Council that
the Director of Finance will make such additions and corrections
thereon as may be necessary to bring this Statement up to date
prior to the corporation mailing said Statement to prospective
bidders for the corporation's leasehold mortgage bonds.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a special
meeting thereof held on the 28th day of July, 1977, by the following
vote:
