A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD RE CERTIFICATION OF RIGHT-
OF-WAY FOR IMPROVEMENT OF "Q" STREET
BETWEEN TRUXTUN AVENUE AND GOLDEN STATE
AVENUE. (FAU PROJECT NO. M-F296(1))
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That the Council of the City of Bakersfield, in connection
with the right-of-way for the Federal Aid Urban Project No. M-F294(1)
(improvement of "Q" Street between Truxtun Avenue and Golden State
Avenue), hereby resolves and certifies that all required right-Of-
way has been acquired by the City of Bakersfield by appropriate legal
instrument (grant deeds, subdivision dedication).
SECTION 2.
That the Council of the City of Bakersfield, in connection
with said project, further resolves and certifies as follows:
1 STATUS OF RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITIONS.
The entire right-of-way for the project was
acquired by grant deed or subdivision dedication.
2 STATUS OF AFFECTED RAILROAD FACILITIES.
There are no railroad facilities within the limits
of the project.
3 STATUS OF UTILITY RELOCATIONS.
There are no utility relocations involved in the
project.
4 SCHEDULE FOR REM.,OVAL OF OBSTRUCTIONS.
There are no obstructions within the limits of the
project.
5 UNAUTHORIZED ENCROACHMENTS.
There are no unauthorized encroachments within the
limits of the project.
6 COMPLIANCE WITH RELOCATION ADVISORY ASSISTANCE AND
PAYMENTS PROVISION OF FEDERAL AND STATE LAW.
Compliance with the provisions of IM-80-1-68 was
not required for the project.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the llth day of July, 1977, by the following
vote:
