A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD SETTING FEES FOR CERTAIN PERMITS,
BRUSH HAULING AND SPECIAL PICK-UPS OF MISCEL-
LANEOUS ITEMS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
1. That the Public Works Director of the City of Bakers-
field is hereby authorized and directed to charge the following
permit fees:
Open Street Permit
With Compaction Test
Use Street Permit
With Compaction Test
Sidewalk Permit
With Compaction Test
Encroachment Permit
House Moving Permit

2. That the Public WOrks Director is hereby authorized
and directed to charge the following fees for brush hauling and
special pick-ups of miscellaneous items and debris:
Brush Hauling - Minimum $25 per location, one load.
Each additional load - $25.00
Each additional one-half (½) load - $12.50
Special Pick-up, Miscellaneous Items- Minimum $25 for first
hour or fraction thereof; $6.25 for each
additional quarter-hour. (Time calculated
from departure from Corporation Yard to
return.)
This resolution shall become effective July 1, 1977.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 20th day of June, 1977, by the following
vote:
