A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 46-76,
SETTING SALARIES AND RELATED BENEFITS FOR
OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSF IELD.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 46-76 sets salaries and related
benefits for officers and employees of the City; the City desires
to make amendment thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield that the Salary Schedule, a part of Resolution
No. 46-76, is hereby amended as follows:
1. The following position is hereby added to the Manage-
ment Unit as follows:

Data Processing Manager

Item 2 in this resolution shall be effective the first day
of the first full pay period after adoption of this resolution.
Items 1, 3 and 4 in this resolution shall be effective
the first day of the first full pay period in July, 1977.
