A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 46-76,
SETTING SALARIES AND RELATED BENEFITS FOR
OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSF IELD.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 46-76 sets salaries and related
benefits for officers and employees of the City; the City desires
to make amendment thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield that the Salary Schedule,.a part of Resolution No. 46-76,
is hereby amended as follows:
1. The following position is hereby deleted from the
General Supervisory Unit as follows:
837 C Traffic Engineer
2. The following position is hereby deleted from the
Management Unit as follows:
832 D Deputy Public Works Director
Management Unit as follows:
837 ~ Traffic Engineer

This resolution is to become effective the first day of
the first full pay period after adoption of resolution.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 4th day of April, 1977, by the following
