RESOLUTION NO. 20-77
A RESOLUTION DECLARING RESULT OF CANVASS
OF RETURNS OF GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION
IN THE FIRST,. THIRD, 'FOURTH, AND SEVENTH
WARDS, IN THE CITY OF IBAKERSFIELD, HELD
ON THE 8TH DAY OF ~_~Rdi~ 1977.
WHEREAS, a general municipal election in the City of
Bakersfield for the purpose of electing a councilman in the First,
Third, Fourth, and Seventh Wards in the City of Bakersfield was duly
held on the 8th day of Marc~, 1977; and
WHEREAS, after notice duly given as required by law said
election was duly held and conducted on the aforesaid date, and the
returns of said election have been canvassed by the City Clerk pur-
suant to Resolution No. 11-67.
NOW, THEREFORE, in compliance with Section 22932 of the
Elections Code of the State of California, this Council does hereby
resolve, determine and declare the results of said general municipal
election to be as follows:

THIRD WARD
FOURTH WARD
SEVENTH WARD

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
