A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT TO
KROLL WAY PARK PROJECT NO. 15-0008, STATE
BEACH, PARK, RECREATIONAL AND HISTORICAL
FACILITIES BOND ACT OF 1974.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 57-75 authorizing application for
the subject project was adopted on September 8, 1975; and
WHEREAS, it is desired to amend the project agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby
amends the agreement as follows:
1. To reduce the amount on page 1 from $109,565 to
$53,065.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 24th day of January, 1977, by the follow-
