A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD REMOVING AN ASSESSMENT OF PRO-
PERTY FROM THE REPORT OF THE BUILDING DIREC-
TOR FOR DEMOLITION OF DANGEROUS BUILDINGS.
WHEREAS, the Council adopted Resolution No. 49-76 on
July 12, 1976, wherein the report of the Building Director,
including the assessments therein, attached thereto as Exhibit
"A", was confirmed; and
WHEREAS, the property at 1500 Gorrill Street, listed
in said Exhibit "A", should be removed from said assessment list
before being recorded on the assessment roll.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield as follows:
1. The following assessment is ordered removed from
the report and assessment list of the Building Director, attached
as Exhibit "A" of Resolution No. 49-76.
