Dear Sir':
Pleased be advised of my protest/objection .to the above
described property being submitted to the City Council for
confirmation of assessment of charges for demolition of
dangerous building. I am the present owner of the property
and do not feel responsible for the obligation of the former
owner.
The building was demolished on the same day that I took title
to the property.. The~efore, I'did'not_have the. opportunity'
to demolish or cause the building to be demolished.. I, there-
fore, request that the property in question is removed from
the assessment list.
You should be advised that a newly constructed duplex now
occupy the property at 106 North~. I~ addition to-upgrad-
ing the community this building also provided housing for
at least two more families of the neighborhood.
